Cancellation Policy
Notice period
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking. Construction timelines move, and where possible we will simply shift your clean to the next suitable date at no cost.
Late cancellation
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or where our team arrives and the site is not ready or accessible, may be charged a fee of up to one hour at the standard $120 per hour rate to cover reserved time and travel.
Rescheduling builder work
For builders and developers with multiple handovers, let us know as early as you can when a completion date moves. We will re-slot the clean into the schedule without penalty wherever our calendar allows.
How to cancel
Call or text 0452 100 503, or email enquiries.lnpcg@gmail.com with the property address and booked date. A cancellation is only confirmed once we have replied.
