Agreement
These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by LNP Cleaning Group. By confirming a booking or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Our standard rate is $120 per hour. Quotes are based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry, including property size, stage of build and scope of work. If site conditions differ materially from what was described — for example additional trades still on site, excessive debris, or added areas — we will advise you before continuing and adjust the estimate accordingly.
Bookings and site access
You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property, along with connected power and water. Where access, power or water is not available at the agreed time, waiting time may be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Scope of work
Work is limited to the cleaning scope agreed in writing. We do not carry out building repairs, rubbish removal requiring skip hire, or removal of paint, render, adhesive or silicone where doing so risks damaging the surface. Some construction marks, scratches and surface defects cannot be removed by cleaning.
Payment
Invoices are issued on completion of the work unless other terms are agreed in advance. Payment is due by the date stated on the invoice.
Liability and damage
We take care with every property and carry out work to a professional standard. Any concern about the work or possible damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of completion so we can inspect and resolve it. Our liability is limited to re-performing the affected cleaning work, to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
