Who we are
LNP Cleaning Group is a cleaning business based in Minto Heights, NSW, servicing South-West Sydney and the wider Sydney region. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to enquiries and deliver our services: your name, business or company name, phone number, email address, property or site address, and the project details you provide (such as property size, stage of build, timing and scope). If you attach plans or photos to a quote request, we collect those files as well.
How we use your information
Your information is used to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and complete cleaning work, issue invoices, and keep records of the work performed. We may contact you about a booking or a quote you have requested. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Disclosure
We may share limited information with our team members attending your site, and with service providers who help us operate the business (for example accounting or scheduling software). We may also disclose information where required by law.
Storage and security
Information is stored in email and business systems protected by passwords and access controls. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we retain it only as long as needed for business and legal purposes.
Access, correction and complaints
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
